Let’s welcome 20Plenty2 with faith, hope and love! We’ve just been through another challenging and exhausting year, 2021. It was year-2 of the Covid-19 pandemic. The saving grace though was the development and availability of vaccines to fight the virus. Seems like the best way to combat this war is to get vaccinated, twice, plus a booster for good measure. Everything is done online now: shopping, learning, entertaining, exercising, and even praying! Everyone had to pivot to online engagements. Schools, businesses, organizations, and churches had to pivot, and find ways to do business, operate and function with no face-to-face engagement. The pandemic also has given us a renewed appreciation for family and friends. We’ve become closer and stronger as a family, which is the basic unit of society. We’ve sought out our long-lost friends, making up for lost time through online sessions like Zoom, Messenger, Streamyard, Facetime, Goggle meets, etc. There’s something about the new year that makes us yearn of the past but to look hopeful to the future. May you have all of your heart’s desires this 20Plenty2.
